Hey, everyone! Neoplasmic (aka Keona) here. It’s been a good long while since I’ve posted anything to this wonderful website, but I needed to do so this time, because it’s been such a crazy year since I was last here. (See? I’m rhyming. That’s how nuts I’ve become.) Anyway, since I finally received my PS5—which was a digital console, because I couldn’t find a disc-based one at the moment of purchase, but hey, it serves its purpose—I actually took a nasty fall and broke my right kneecap in half (literally split the patella in two), so I’ve been even MORE inactive since then. I had to spend a whole bunch of money on surgery and am still in recovery due to the injury, so that’s why Arcade has been gone for a long time, and it’s also why I haven’t been around much since then.

But I digress, because we’re here to talk about video games! I’ve genuinely missed discussing the ins and outs of the industry with Brock, Tyler, and Josh (and everyone else who’s been part of our humble endeavor), so getting back in the podcasting seat with them was a lot of fun! We talk about our favorite games of 2021, our take on the mergers and acquisitions of several studios and development teams by other, larger corporations, and we deliver our verdict on both Halo Infinite and the Halo TV series, now streaming on Paramount Plus!
