Hey, everyone! Neoplasmic here with the (admittedly brief) show notes for this episode of the MHCU! Once again, I’d like to welcome Tyler/BioShocker to the Mental Health Squad! So happy to have her take part in this show. Hearing about her experiences with her past associates was very sad and eye-opening, and just goes to show why Mike, Josh, and I co-founded Renegade Pop Culture: in this age where so many independent sites are folding or being swallowed up by huge multimedia conglomerates, controlling your own message and destiny is so important. We’ve just witnessed mass layoffs at numerous gaming sites, for instance, as well as the end of G4, yet again, so it just goes to show how volatile things are these days.
On top of all that, I just want to note that things here at RPC are going very well! Looking back on it, the website and podcast has seen a lot of growth, and while things can be quiet in terms of comments (by the way, leave a comment below and let us know what you think of this episode!), I know for a fact that you all are enjoying our content and listening to us, and we’re so incredibly grateful for you! I know that there are many choices out there, so for you to choose us is humbling!
