What’s going on, everyone? This is your Captain speaking, and we have a pretty special episode to share discussing a pretty special film! Writer and director Makoto Shinkai returns to the big screen with the third film of what I’ve referred to as his “Disaster Trilogy” titled Suzume. You know what they say, “there’s a first time for everything.” Not only is this the first time Cameron and I have welcomed my Marquee co-host Tommy onto an Animation podcast, but this also happened to be his first anime feature film.
